Installation Guide — Shade Pole Setup
1. Fix the Base
Use four screws to firmly fix the base to the ground or any required surface. Ensure the base is level and tightly secured for maximum stability.
2. Attach the Adjustable Clamp
Adjust the clamp to your desired height. Insert the four D-rings into the clamp, then tighten the bolts and nuts with a wrench to lock everything in place.
3. Assemble the Pole Sections
Connect and tighten each pole section one by one. Make sure to identify the top pole—the one with the cap—and finish the assembly upward from the base.

I might need to alter the angle (for drainage), but we also just installed a few grommets in the low hanging areas to keep the rain water from collecting. Overall, EVERYONE LOVES IT!! :)
Good product, a bit challenging to get the right tension on it so it doesn't sag. I think this would be true with all brands of this sun shade.
The item has helped immensely to keep our granny flat so much cooler. The flat has 6 large windows, so this has helped us keep sun out and the room more comfortable.
It was very easy to use for what I wanted it for. I love that it had D rings at the corners instead of the cheap rings that rip out too quickly. It's bey light but seems to give good shade. It's not perfect but will work for what I need at the moment. And my horse will appreciate the shade when we're at an even in 100 degree weather. Plus shipping was super fast!

Works very well on my patio. I purchased a square one that work so we��ll I decided to cover the complete patio which isn��t square. I had to overlap part of the patio but it looks really good to me. I have the square one for three years with no fading, colors match perfectly.

Seemed impossibly inexpensive but I thought I��d give it a shot. I got the rust color which stands out from my beige house without looking obnoxious. So far after using a month I��m very happy with the purchase. I used a 16x16x16 shade in a 18�� space which does not follow guidelines of 18�� to 24�� between shade and attachment point exactly, but it still works fine. It��s porous enough that it doesn��t hold water but still provides plenty of shade. The material has a slight sheen but it��s not a distraction. Would buy again for sure.
Got the 12x12x17 and 10x10x14 for our small 14x15 backyard and it looks and works great! I used some turnbuckles along with the strings and had to buy some more string to make them longer but it worked out great!
I used 2 eye hooks and string for tie down.

We have only had this up for a couple days but we already love it and have received so many compliments on it! This shade sail not only looks great but it blocks out the perfect amount of direct sun exposure! Only downside I can think of is it unfortunately doesn��t block all the rain and did not come with the pieces for attachment but the directions provide the information on exact pieces needed. Already bought a second shade sail to cover our lower deck!
I am so happy that I purchased this product! I bought 2. I layer them with my pergola canvas cloth which is thin and not completely waterproof because the wind blows it off the pergola at the top. These are heavier and help hold everything to the pergola as well as keeping water from coming threw the top.

We bought the 12 x 12 triangle shade for our small deck and it's exactly what we needed. I like how the corners are reinforced and hope it will be durable.
I read up on installing and initially left it too loose fearing the sun would shrink it and make it too taught. I then went back and changed two of my attachment points to make the sail tighter. I ordered the attachment kit which came in very handy and used 10ft galvanized pipes to support half. The other half is attached to the car port support beams with plastic coated steel wire. Overall I am extremely pleased! The shade this provides makes the space much more comfortable and it looks great!
After a couple days of Sun and some tightening, these will be 100%. Very happy with these sails.
I��ve been looking for something to give my patio additional shade & character. I took a chance that this triangle sun shade would work. Thanks to my professional handyman, it works great and is exactly what my patio needed. Keep in mind, a professional should install it & it does not come with hardware, so you must purchase that separately. Highly recommend.

We have a composite deck we had built in late 2019 on the south side of our house. It gets very hot in the summer and it wasn��t much fun being out there when it was sunny. We��re debating having a pergola built with an adjustable shade at some point, but in the meantime we put up this sail shade in the spring of 2020. It��s fantastic. I spend a lot of time outside in the warm months and the shade has made it so much more pleasant. With this shade, I can walk barefoot on the deck, sit down to pot flowers, and enjoy my time reading on the chaise or the Adirondack. Filtered light comes through, so some of my more shade loving plants do really well on the deck. I adore this shade so much that I would replace it immediately with the same brand if something happened to it. Highly recommended. As a matter of fact, I just recommended it to my daughter for their new deck just this morning and it reminded me that I hadn��t written a review for it!

This is a great option for shade vs the more expensive ones on the market. Installed this at one of our rentals because the area gets full sun all day.
