KGorge offers shipping to the United States, Canada, Australia, as well as many other international destinations. The typical shipping times listed below are estimated for these three destinations only. Delivery times for other countries or regions may vary.

All shipping times displayed on our website are estimated timeframes only and are not guaranteed delivery dates. While we make every reasonable effort to dispatch and deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, KGorge shall not be held liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:

Weather conditions, natural disasters, or force majeure events

Remote delivery areas or incorrect/incomplete shipping information provided by the customer
Shipping delays do not constitute valid grounds for order cancellation, chargebacks, or payment disputes once an order has entered production or has been shipped.

Standard US Shipping $9.9; Express US Shipping USD $18.99.

Note: Shipping times may be affected during public holidays as manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations during these times. Though this is unfortunately out of our control, we will try our best to improve on this issue.

Tracking Your Order
For tracking numbers, it may take a few days before they become active on the tracking website. If the information is not available please try again later. Please rest assured that the estimated shipping time is valid regardless of the tracking site updates.

Package lost or damage due to shipping.
*Please note that while we are not responsible for losses caused by the shipping carrier, in the extremely rare event that your package is lost during transportation or arrives with damaged packaging that affects the product, we will assist you in contacting the relevant shipping company to seek a resolution or file a claim.
