SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

KGorge offers shipping to the United States, Canada, Australia, as well as many other international destinations. The typical shipping times listed below are estimated for these three destinations only. Delivery times for other countries or regions may vary.

The total time it will take to receive your order = processing time + shipping time

Shipping Time Disclaimer & Delay Liability

All shipping times displayed on our website are estimated timeframes only and are not guaranteed delivery dates. While we make every reasonable effort to dispatch and deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, KGorge shall not be held liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Courier or carrier delays

  • Peak season congestion (including holiday periods and promotional events)

  • Customs inspections, port congestion, or clearance delays

  • Weather conditions, natural disasters, or force majeure events

  • Remote delivery areas or incorrect/incomplete shipping information provided by the customer

Shipping delays do not constitute valid grounds for order cancellation, chargebacks, or payment disputes once an order has entered production or has been shipped.

Standard US Shipping $9.9; Express US Shipping USD $18.99.

The above policy (including shipping timescales and free shipping) is for US only.
You can choose your preferred shipping method on the Order Information page during the checkout process.

Note: Shipping times may be affected during public holidays as manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations during these times. Though this is unfortunately out of our control, we will try our best to improve on this issue.

Order Placement
After you have successfully placed your order you will receive email confirmation from us. If you have any requests for your order, kindly let us know as soon as possible before your item enters the processing stage.

Tracking Your Order
For tracking numbers, it may take a few days before they become active on the tracking website. If the information is not available please try again later. Please rest assured that the estimated shipping time is valid regardless of the tracking site updates.

Duties & VAT

Duties and VAT, if applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient. The specific fees are determined by the tax regulations of your country’s customs authority.

Package lost or damage due to shipping.

*Please note that while we are not responsible for losses caused by the shipping carrier, in the extremely rare event that your package is lost during transportation or arrives with damaged packaging that affects the product, we will assist you in contacting the relevant shipping company to seek a resolution or file a claim.
