Installation Guide — Shade Pole Setup
1. Fix the Base
Use four screws to firmly fix the base to the ground or any required surface. Ensure the base is level and tightly secured for maximum stability.
2. Attach the Adjustable Clamp
Adjust the clamp to your desired height. Insert the four D-rings into the clamp, then tighten the bolts and nuts with a wrench to lock everything in place.
3. Assemble the Pole Sections
Connect and tighten each pole section one by one. Make sure to identify the top pole—the one with the cap—and finish the assembly upward from the base.

Love our shade - we had a full size for the opening of our backyard barn and changed to half size. It looks great!
Make sure to follow the directions and install it at the correct angle! It works great, keeps my furniture dry and I can sit outside during the rain, it shades nicely on sunny days - a much more cost efficient option that an awning.
Easy to install. Seems very sturdy. So far so good.
Quality product. They communicated well during purchase and delivery. Working on how to effectively drain as not able to get the slope they are recommending. Will be trying to insert grommets in low spots.

Does just what I wanted it for. Shades my window; easy to put up
I feel the canopy is made well and has held up, with two thunderstorms. Our deck was virtually unusable during hot weather. Plus We have deck furniture with cushions which use to get wet during rain events. My only wish that there would be 4 more grommet in the center of each length, not just in the corners. Otherwise my wife and I love it.

I absolutely love this tarp. It is strong and sturdy and stands up to the wheather. I’m glad I bought from your company. I figured I needed 2 of them since I have a 20 by 10 feet to cover so thats what I ordered and they fit perfectly. Then I ordered the little grabbers from Amazon to unite the 2 tarps together. After I finish doing that, I will be done. I really appreciate your product. Well worth the money. Now, there’s a big difference in the temperature out there under that tarp and I’m glad I got the dark gray color which I think, channels more heat away from that area. Thanks for your product.

This product is worth every single penny and more . Living in Florida it is a must have ! It is a large shade sail so be mindful to use at least 4"x6"x12' PT beams , and buy heavy duty hardware for Lowes or Home Depot , and use chain not rope or the cables to secure the sail . I highly recommend this product and look forward to years of being in the shade .
I'm using this where I took out some shade trees to cool a cement walk/patio area against the sunny side of the house. I don't plan on leaving it up on cool or cloudy days and have quick disconnects to put it up or take down. If its hot and the wind isn't blowing It will help to reduce the outside and inside of my home. Good value if it lasts and only time will tell the tale...

Put up The way I want and was nice, then filled it up and a Water Bubble at lowest point! Not good so lowered one corner and now drains, needs bones and stiffness Randomly for draining. Channels could be Sewen in and user inserts bones but it needs them, Otherwise sheds the rainwater.
When the package arrived it was labeled as 3x3x4.5. Definitely not the 10x10x14 I ordered! But the label was incorrect and the sail fits perfectly in the space we needed protected. I'm happy for the shade!
Nice quality with strong rings in corners and the cables around the perimeter of the entire shade was a very nice touch. Looks fabulous. No issues pulling it tight.
Works amazing!
This is a great option for shade vs the more expensive ones on the market. Installed this at one of our rentals because the area gets full sun all day. The renters love it and can now enjoy their patio without the brutal sun heating things up. Bought another for one of our other rentals that we will install in next week.

This is an easy and inexpensive deck improvement. You may need to sink posts to anchor the corners and you may need rachets like the XSTRAP STANDARD Ratchet Tie Down Straps, but this is the cheapeast and elegant way of providing shade over the deck.

There have been several windy days here in Las Vegas but this thing hasn't budged. And it catches most of the pine needles from landing in our trampoline. Also keeps it from getting too hot during those 115 degree days. Had it for a few months now.
Love the sail. Lightweight but appears to be very sturdy and tough. I bought the blue and from afar it kinda looks like one of the cheap blue tarps from any home store, but, its the color I chose so thats on me. Would buy again unless longevity becomes an issue.
These are quality shades. They did not work for my intended use as side panels for a pop up shade. We are still going to use them in another area around our home.
