Stronger material, the sail broke and almost landed on a customer. Very disappointing. Now I’m worried about the safety of my customers with the other sails.

Customer Reviews
Overall rating: 4.3 / 5 from 15 reviews.
Robust Construction all around. Also they had the size I wanted stock. Very good customer service. Hardware kit was just right but in my case I added some stainless steel chain to extend the hardware to my existing posts. I did some research on this because there's a lot of sun sail companies out there but Kay Gorge seemed the best choice maybe just a little bit pricier but the quality shows
Always excellent customer service! It always seems I need custom curtains and they have always come through! I love the curtains! They're beautiful, well-made and long lasting!
Good quality, fast shipment, heavy seams. We love it
I called to see if I could return an oversized sail back to you for a refund. I talked with a lady who told me over 3 weeks ago, that I would receive a reply to my request. No one has bothered to call me or email me back. I am now stuck with a $1,800 purchase that your company refuses to even to grant me the courtesy to call me back to tell me yes or no on returning this purchase which is still in the box and original packaging. I will go to another company now to purchase the size of a new sail which will fit my requirements. Talk about an abysmal lack or care from a company..... I will make sure That my opinion is shared about your lack of concern or courtesy to even talk with me again. K. D. Nearing
Beautifully made. Color true to order. Darkened our bedroom nicely.
Good material nicely finished
Curtains are perfect. Well made and fit excellent.
Loved the fact that we could have these curtains custom designed in just the size we needed. The color was as shown and the product exactly the correct size ordered. Also the order was sent within the timeframe that was promised.
Great quality
Easy and fast
Look great! Arrived on time. As expected.
After purchasing a less expensive one on Wayfair and returning it due to cheap material, we were impressed with the quality and strength of the material and rivets. All necessary parts were included for easy installation. Thank you for the ease of ordering, keeping us informed of shipment and tracking, as well as the stellar quality of your product!
As described, has worked out well, will be buying again.
