I initially ordered some standard size shades that didn't quite meet my needs. My fault. I then ordered these custom sizes. They were shipped quickly and the quality of the material seem good. The hardware provided also seems to be of an acceptable quality. Time will tell as to how well they hold up but I think they will do well.

The shade sail canopy is a triangle shape with curved sides, enhancing pull strength and preventing drooping.
Made of 100% High Density Polyethylene material and eliminate the use of splicing fabrics. Blocks up to 95% of harmful UV rays and direct sunlight exposure."Breathable" fabric allows air to pass freely and achieve a certain degree of cooling.
Cool breezes flow freely lowering the temperature by up to -15¡ãF.
Connect the shade sail D-rings to your structure with the included ropes.
Clean with mild water, do not scrub it with a stiff brush, do not put it in your washing machine, clothes drier.?

*Accessories such as metal hooks are not included and need to be purchased separately.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Cancellations made after 24 hours will incur a 10%–30% order fee, depending on the costs already incurred.

Can I make changes to order details after placement?

We take pride in our quick response and delivery for order requests. Please carefully measure and place your order. Take advantage of our available resources if necessary, including pre-sale consulations, sample swatches. Placing an order signifies your confirmation of the order details.

If you need to modify product details, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order. Changes requested beyond this timeframe may result in irreversible costs that you'll be responsible for. Modification requests after 2 days of placement will not be accepted.

We do not offer alterations once the products have been shipped.

*Sizing of Sun Shade Sails:

1. As each sun shade sail is handmade, slight size variations may occur. According to industry standards, a tolerance of 2" (measured when the sail is laid flat on a horizontal surface, without any stretching) is considered acceptable and not a defect.

2. The size of the sun shade sail refers to the actual finished size (±2” tolerance), measured when laid flat and unstretched.

3. Each side is measured along the edge, from the bottom of one D-ring to the bottom of the other D-ring on that same side.

4. Please note this is NOT the distance between anchor points.

5. For proper tensioning, we recommend selecting a sail about 10% smaller than your anchor-to-anchor measurements.

*Product damaged after receipt will not be accepted.

*Items returned without an approved return request will not be accepted.

Can I make a return?

Not the color or texture wanted

Wrong size or size differences¹ due to incorrect measurements provided by the customer, or items that do not fit properly but were made accurately.

Ordered the wrong item (fabric, header, color, liner, etc.)/ Ordered wrong number of items by mistake and didn't cancel or modify within 24 hours as required.

Slight color variation between sample booklet and the finished product due to fabric dye lot.

Products are too heavy—please check the product specifications or consult a customer service representative to ensure they meet your usage requirements.

Warranty

We offer a one-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and quality issues. If you encounter such defects during normal use, please contact us with your order details and product photos for assistance.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by scuffs from shipping, improper use, accidents, minor scratches, or gradual wear and damage resulting from prolonged exposure to the elements.

Examples of improper use

Using a curtain rod that is not strong enough to support the weight of the curtains, resulting in bending or deformation.

Installing a shade sail with more than one anchor point on a support pole, causing the pole to bend (we recommend that no more than one anchor point be placed on a structure other than the original building).
