I did a test install on half of the lanai right before a light rain. I had to adjust the length to fit into our space. The curtains are inside the screen but keep rain outside of the room. They help the room stay cool in the heat of the day as well as keeping the rain out. So far they are doing a great job.

Much tougher than I thought it would be. Strong winds won't tear this curtain apart. Haven't had any rain to see how waterproof it is, but it does feel water resistant. ONLY problem is that it's not wide enough, which is my fault. So I just ordered a much wider version.

I used tension rods for the top and bottom of this curtain. I am a smoker and go to my backyard where there is a small covered area but when it’s raining and the wind is blowing I get soaked so I used this curtain to create my own little smoking area and stay dry. Loved it and would absolutely order it again. Water does not seep through simply slides right off curtain.

I purchased the Clotheslines 10Ft/3m Portable Windproof Clothes Rope Line Retractable Clothesline with Stainless Steel Cable Heavy Duty Laundry Rope Multipurpose Wire Line for Hanging Clothes/Curtains to use at the bottom of the curtains. My hubby did a great job.

I am very happy with these outdoor drapes! They look fantastic and they really block the wind and rain. The only thing about them is they didn’t come in a 72” height, so I ordered the 84”. They flare some what, but still do an excellent job! I highly recommend them! I am using them on my porch/deck.

Bought these to block the setting sun on a gazebo, they work great, amazing how much heat it blocks. The bottom grommets are great to keep them in place when windy. Good thickness and weight, not at all flimsy.
